This registration form is ONLY for parents who have been directed by a Program Administrator to take the Online Parenting After Separation Course (Online PAS). With successful completion of the Online PAS course, parents who have been directed to take Online PAS instead of attending an in person session will receive a PAS Certificate of Attendance. The Certificate of Attendance confirms completion of the Online Parenting After Separation course and may be filed with the court.

If a PAS Program Administrator has not given you permission to attend Online PAS instead of attending in person, completion of this course will NOT change the requirement that you complete an in-person session.
