I think you will agree that those are some powerful comments made by the children. As you have just seen, breaking up is hard – for the parents AND the children.

What parents do affects the children. Think about you how the dynamic between you and the other parent might be impacting your child. Are they caught in the middle? What can you do to help it be a more positive experience for your children? Here’s another brief video for you to watch.
